As a nutritionist the deficiencies in the average diet are well documented, over processed food, adulterated foods, even fresh fruits and vegetables don’t contain adequate levels of nutrition. The reality is none of us eat as well as we should, even when we make the best food choices available, our diets are still not providing even the basic RDAs of nutrition that the body requires to be healthy. In my opinion dietary supplementation is not an option, but an absolute necessity to insure that you are providing the body the nutrition it requires on a daily basis.
